We are seeking experienced and energetic Infant Teachers to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities
- Facilitate preplanned daily activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Follow a daily schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities, based on DCF Rule
- Provide a safe and loving environment for little ones to thrive
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
