Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Care for floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping, buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Assist with replenishing supplies in guest rooms and public areas to support seamless service delivery.
• Support housekeeping management by organizing linen storage, handling laundry tasks, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Support industrial cleaning tasks as needed in larger areas or specialized environments to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude that fosters teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
