Location: In-home sessions – Hubert NC
Position: Part-time (Afternoon hours)
Salary:  $22 - $28 an hour

Career Summary
As an RBT/BT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance. You’ll collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach meaningful goals while building your professional skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and record session progress
  • Collect and maintain accurate data for each client
  • Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
  • Participate in training and professional development

Qualifications
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • current RBT / BT certification (if BT, 40-hour course would need to have been completed in last 60 days)
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism preferred
  • Passion for helping children and families thrive
