Morris Smith Ford of Leavenworth is looking for a reliable Automotive Lube Technician to become a valued member of our service team. Execute routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Inspect, top off, and replace vehicle fluids: engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and more
Examine belts, hoses, tires, and basic vehicle components for wear or damage
Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and document all findings accurately
Relay recommended services and repair needs to service advisors
Record all work performed clearly and completely
Work alongside technicians and advisors to keep the service lane running on time
Follow all dealership safety protocols and maintain a clean, well-organized work bay
Build your automotive knowledge continuously through on-the-job experience and best practices
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive maintenance role
Familiarity with basic vehicle systems and routine maintenance services
Comfortable using shop tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a busy shop
Clear communicator who works well with both teammates and customers
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout a shift
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
