• Sales Consultant – No Experience Necessary

  What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Your Business: You’ll hunt for new leads while participating in our fair-share dealership lead rotation.

  • Be the Expert: Provide transparent information to customers (the "first time they ask") to help them make the best choice.

  • Build a Following: Success is measured by units sold, but just as importantly, by how your customers feel about you.

  The Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earnings: Base salary + Commission. Realistic first-year earnings of $50,000 – $70,000, with top performers surpassing $100,000.

  • Support: Medical, 401k, and PTO.
