Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for financial operations and exceptional member service? We’re looking for a Payment Services Representative II to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations of our Payment Services Department.

As a Payment Services Representative II, you’ll be responsible for a variety of critical payment processes including ACH transactions, wire transfers, mobile check deposits, and other check processing. You’ll play a key role in assisting internal team members with any payment processing related inquiries, monitoring transactions for fraud, balancing the Federal Reserve Bank Account to the General Ledger daily, and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

What you will need to be successful:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required with at least one year of accounting coursework or equivalent work experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 10-key calculator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in the following areas highly preferred: Corelation Keystone Software, FedLine Software, Mobile Check Deposit Software, ACH Processing Software and ACH and Check Fraud Investigation
