We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Chicago, IL. Ideally, we are seeking a Chiropractic Physician who is a movement specialist, enjoys working with patients and understands physiology of movement. General duties include overseeing rehabilitation of practice clients, performing CMTs, performing and executing E&Ms, and working hand in hand with a nurse practitioner, rehabilitation technician and nurses.

Duties:

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Chiropractic Care- CMT’s, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in IL
• Well versed in physical rehabilitation preferred

Schedule:

• Full time 4 days per week

Total Compensation:

• $90k-$100K plus per year
