Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Vancouver WA
Full-Time 4-day work week| $63K–$73K/hr + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
We are a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Vancouver, and we are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. Independently owned and operating since 1984, we are known for providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This is our largest clinic featuring a beautiful facility, large rehab gym, and an in-ground therapy pool. We currently have on-site PTs and PTAs working together to provide exceptional orthopedic care.
What You’ll Do
  • Carry out treatment plans under the direction of supervising Physical Therapists
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
  • Assist with orthopedic rehabilitation and aquatic therapy
  • Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately
  • Work closely with PTs and rehab aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Schedule
  • Full-Time 4-day work week
Requirements:
  • Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in WA
Compensation & Benefits
  • $63K-$73K per year based on experience
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus or student loan assistance
