Forklift Operator - Receiving – 1st Shift – Sofo Foods 

Join the team behind one of the region’s leading food distributors. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in putting away product and replenishing product slots. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll help ensure that businesses, restaurants, and communities receive the products they rely on every day! 

What You’ll Do

• Break down, sort, and segregate incoming loads to ensure accurate receiving.
• Assist with unloading floor‑loaded freight and receiving backhauls.
• Load product for customer order pick‑ups as needed.
• Transport pallets from the receiving dock to designated put‑away areas.
• Support the receiving team by organizing product, maintaining flow, and preparing items for storage.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to lift 35–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to speak, read, and write English 
• Detail-oriented and accurate when reading, labeling, and handling inventory
• Dependable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Prior forklift experience

Schedule – Full Time

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – Finish 

Pay & Benefits 

• Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 up to $20.00 per hour based on experience.
