Starting Pay: $14 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Monitor pool areas and respond quickly to safety concerns
  • Prevent emergencies through active scanning and strong awareness
  • Support swim lessons, aquatic activities, and YMCA programs
  • Test and maintain water quality standards
  • Help keep pool equipment and facilities clean and organized
  • Work closely with fellow guards and YMCA staff as a team
  • Create a positive, welcoming experience for members and guests
  • Complete incident reports and follow YMCA safety procedures
