You are responsible for receiving and dispatching 9-1-1 and non-emergency requests, evaluating and prioritizing calls for service, and dispatching appropriate personnel and equipment. You will use a CAD system and an 800 Mhz radio system to monitor frequencies, transmit information, and process requests.
