This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and helping others create memorable travel experiences — all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel reservations including cruises, resorts, hotels, activities, and vacation packages
• Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences and itinerary details
• Assist with booking confirmations, updates, and travel documentation
• Provide timely customer support before and after booking
• Stay informed on travel promotions, destination information, and supplier updates
• Maintain organized client records and booking details

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
