The candidate will work alongside a team of professionals dedicated to exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction.   

KEY JOB DUTIES

•    Electronically file court documents accurately and timely in 94 jurisdictions.

•    Communicate with attorneys, managers, and operations regularly to provide updates regarding filings.

•    Update applications in various systems accurately and timely.

•    Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•    Strong organizational and time management skills.

•    Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume production environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

•    High school diploma or equivalent.

•    1+ years of office experience preferred, but not required.

•    Must be detail oriented.

•    Must have good computer and typing skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

•    Hybrid work schedule (upon training completion)

•    Standard work schedule will be Monday - Friday 10am and 7pm. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be needed.
