Job Summary:
The AOI Operator ensures in-process or final product meets specifications before being provided for further processing or shipment to the customer.

Qualification Requirements
Education & Qualification
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Due to ITAR Restrictions, US Citizenship or green card is required.
· High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) preferred, or 6 months’ related work experience.
Work Experience – Technical knowledge
· 6 months related work experience.
· AOI and/or Inspection of electronic assembly helpful, inspection experience preferred.
Professional Skills
· Ability to perform basic math.
· Ability to read and understand technical documents such as standard operation procedures, blueprints, and other related documents.
Behavioral / Soft Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
· Problem solving skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Multi-tasking and able to adjust to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with IPC-A-610, and/or J-STD-001 is a plus.
Physical Demand
· Ability to lift, push and pull 10 to 45 pounds.
· Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
· Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to focus.
Work Environment
· Flexibility to work extra hours when needed, including weekends.
· Able to work under pressure and with tight timelines.
· Must have advanced working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office products of Excel, Word.
