Job DetailsJob Location: Weymouth, MA 02188Position Type: InternshipEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $27.00 - $27.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st Shift/DaysJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesLocation: Weymouth, MA – Outpatient Treatment Program Pay rate: $27.00/hour    Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, FSA Paid time off 401k with company match up to 7% Tuition reimbursement and loan repayment options Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment The Clinical Case Manager is responsible for:   Providing quality clinical support services and case management to assigned patients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design. Providing group treatment, under supervision, to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained. Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established time frames. Adhering to patient contact expectations. Completing all outcome measurement tools as required by Spectrum, licensing, and payers in required time frames. Referring patients to appropriate services in the community as necessary. Adhering to all applicable Spectrum policies and procedures. Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients. Consistently arriving for work on time and adheres to the program’s attendance policies.  QualificationsQualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor‘s degree and post second year masters internship near completion of a masters level program for clinical psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, or social work. Must remain active in master’s-level graduate program and complete master’s degree within twelve months.
