FORKLIFT OPERATOR — 2ND SHIFT

The afternoon crew doesn't coast. They finish.

2nd Shift is where the operation gets closed out right. At The Fremont Company, our Forklift Operators on 2nd Shift are the ones making sure product is where it needs to be, the floor is set up for success, and nothing gets left undone. It takes someone who takes ownership — and we're looking for exactly that person.

THE ROLE

You'll be operating on 2nd Shift — moving product, supporting production, and keeping the warehouse running clean and efficient through the back half of the day. You know your equipment, you don't cut corners, and you hold yourself to a standard whether someone's watching or not.

• Safely operate a forklift to move product and raw materials throughout the facility
• Stage and replenish materials to support an active production line
• Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory organization
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Partner with production and warehouse teammates to keep things moving

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior forklift experience required — sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
• At home in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and accountable — 2nd Shift rewards people who don't need to be managed
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience a plus
