About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our aerospace manufacturing facility and office spaces. This role is critical in supporting daily operations by ensuring all work areas meet cleanliness and safety standards in a precision manufacturing environment.

This position works across our production floor, offices, restrooms, break areas, and satellite office buildings. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, following a structured cleaning schedule, and working around manufacturing equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily cleaning and trash removal throughout the facility 
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and common areas 
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain offices, conference rooms, and lobby areas 
• Operate floor scrubbers and perform production floor cleaning 
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies 
• Maintain outdoor seating and designated smoking areas 
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management 
• Support general facility upkeep and additional cleaning tasks as needed 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning experience preferred 
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment 
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment 
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

 Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. 
• Ability to work around machinery, production equipment, and industrial noise 
• Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear as needed
