Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The student will assist the administrative staff of the Career Center by completing general office work such as filing, typing, mailings, clerical, assisting with supplies, data entry, answering phone, social media updates, maintaining event flyers and programs, assisting students who enter our offices and other duties as assigned. The student will assist the administrative staff of the Career Center by completing general office work such as filing, typing, mailings, clerical, assisting with supplies, data entry, answering phone, social media updates, maintaining event flyers and programs, assisting students who enter our offices and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the student will make deliveries to departments on campus as well as supporting staff as needed at Career Center events.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

All student workers must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and the maturity to deal with confidential information.

Excellent communications skills

Highly organized and detailed oriented

A candidate who is focused, consistent and dependable

Knowledge on MS software programs required.

No prior experience necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Federal Work Study is not required.

Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
