ROLE SUMMARY
CorePower Yoga is looking for a Marketing Intern who can support our marketing team on paid media initiatives and reporting.
This is a temporary role beginning in Summer 2026, requiring a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate would continue supporting through the 2026 - 2027 school year, with reduced hours during the academic year. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Paid Media & Marketing Analytics Support:
Assist in tracking and managing budgets to ensure monthly spend aligns with goals and pacing targets
Pull, clean, and organize data from multiple platforms to support reporting and analysis
Maintain reporting dashboards and update weekly performance decks to share key performance insights with the team.
Help analyze campaign performance by identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Help set up and monitor A/B tests for creative, copy, and landing pages.
Support the creative team by organizing assets, briefing in requests, and providing feedback based on paid marketing best practices
Work with the Analytics and Strategy teams to gather insights on marketing performance and student trends.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing:
Research potential influencers and affiliate partners to support program expansion.
Assist with partnership logistics, including communication, organization, and content tracking.
Help track and report on revenue from affiliate partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitor programs to inform best practices.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Marketing, communications or equivalent educational path
Access to a laptop computer and mobile phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of brand-appropriate language and ability to follow brand guidelines
Ability to stay organized and attend to details
A self-driven team player who takes initiative
Affinity for and understanding of the CorePower Yoga brand, and yoga and fitness industries
Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Slides; experience with Smartsheet and Asana is a plus.
Must be able to work in a stationary position, move and walk around event and office spaces, and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs

COMPENSATION
This is an unpaid internship. To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
