We believe in the power of collaboration and mutual support.   Job Summary: The Storage Yard Technician aids in the organization of the storage yard including, intake and movement of portable sanitation units, general repair and upkeep of portable sanitation units, and various other storage yard upkeep as determined by your supervisor.    Job Classification: Full-time non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.    Location: Punta Gorda, FL   Responsibilities:

• Lawn maintenance, including mowing and weed-eating

• Yard maintenance
• Picking up trash
• Pressure washing
• Washing vehicles and units
• Safely operate forklift/telehandler to move portable sanitation units around the storage yard
• Moving and backing up trailers (16-32 foot long)
• Perform general repairs to portable sanitation units

• Performs other related duties as assigned

   Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
• Valid Driver’s License. 
• Forklift certified preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Excellent communication skills. 
• Team-oriented mentality. 

• Excellent learning capabilities to learn new skills as necessary. 
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug and motor vehicle record check
