BrainBox AI (BBAI), a business of Trane Technologies, utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings.

Become immersed within Retail activities for a leading AI organization. Actively participate in the preliminary investigation and development stages of the use of AI and Power BI tools to design and create dashboards used for organizational performance metrics and improvement.

What you will do:

• Assist with Retail activities associated with data analysis.

• Investigate methods and opportunities to leverage AI tools

• Augment Documentation control reporting and organization.

• HW lab development and buildout activities.

What you will bring:

• Experience with HVAC systems.

• Familiarity with AI tools

• Preliminary CAD capabilities

• Familiarity reading Engineering and Manufacturing drawings.

• Be pursuing a degree BS/BA in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or similar with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 and an interest in a career in AI.

•  Have some work experience: At least one internship or work experience Demonstrate leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects

• Bring strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities

• Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn

• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences

• Work well in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments

• Bring leadership experience through campus involvement, team projects, or previous work experience

• Be willing to be mobile and relocate if future opportunities arise

Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $27.00/HR
