Qualifications
You are a certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) with a graduation from an AMA-accredited school and successful completion of the NBRC Certification Exam. You will be responsible for administering medical gases, initiating and maintaining mechanical ventilation, performing arterial and capillary punctures, and operating blood gas analyzers. Experience is not required, but you must maintain all required certifications and clearances.

Respiratory Therapist CRT/RRT - final candidate will be hired into correct title and pay per qualifications
Fulltime Day shift with three 12 hour shifts 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and with every other weekend - Holiday rotation

· $15,000 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience with a 2-year full-time commitment
· $20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience with a 2-year full-time commitment
Plus, a limited-time incentive to earn an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment.
Responsibilities:
CRT Education and Formal Training Required:
In accordance with Act 60, State Board of Medicine, and State Board of Osteopathic Medicine, must provide the Hospital with a copy of his/her current temporary practice permit or current certificate to practice in the Commonwealth as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. In addition, must be a graduate of an AMA accredited school for respiratory therapy and successfully completed the NBRC Certification Exam.
