Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships and help customers find the right solutions:

• Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services
• Answer questions and provide information via phone, email, and text
• Research and qualify new opportunities
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activity
• Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer solutions
• Close sales and work toward achieving targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability

• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)

(Customer service, sales, or cold-calling experience is a plus—but not required)
