THE ROLE

You'll keep product and materials moving on 1st Shift — supporting production, managing inventory, and making sure nothing slows down because of something on your end. You know your equipment, you know your lanes, and you take safety as seriously as anyone on the floor.

• Safely operate a forklift to move product and raw materials throughout the facility
• Stage and replenish materials to keep the production line running
• Support receiving, storage, and organization of inventory
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• Keep your area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to keep operations on track

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior forklift experience required — sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Safety-conscious, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Team player who communicates well and stays accountable
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience a plus
