Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.

Position Summary:

Under general direction of supervisor(s) this position provides support services to the employees, manager, and customers by ensuring the efficient flow of documentation and supplies from various sources.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support across multiple departments at the Ebensburg location of Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company
• Sort interoffice and US Mail daily and post organizational news as required
• Order and maintain branch office and shop supplies from various vendors
• Log, track and process outside purchase invoices
• General filing as needed
• Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
• Maintain all processes relating to employee PPE; including uniforms, safety glasses and safety boots
• Assist with time entry for all hourly employees and maintain vacation records for employees
• Participate as a customer experience agent when necessary
• Function as a back up for the service coordinator including; opening and closing of service work orders, maintain work order filing, assembling technician work packets, and other related tasks
• Other duties assigned by management

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Organized and detail orientated with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
