On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the willingness to learn and improve. The applicant must be reliable and able to work with attention to quality detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close cooperation with co-workers. Work 3-12 hour shifts and get paid for 40. Pay is based on experience. This position is for night position. Training will be on nights and could take up to a year. Mechanical background is a plus.

Requirements

Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Mechanical Background a Plus
• Be willing to climb ladders and work around industrial equipment.
• Performing required production quality control checks and analysis.
• Ensuring efforts are documented in accordance with policies and procedures
• Willingness to work overtime (including night and weekends)
• Perform routine housekeeping
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Electrical background is a plus
