Position Introduction:

Gaylord College Student Services Student Office Assistant Student assistant in the student services main office of Gaylord College. The student assistant will be responsible for answering the telephone, running campus errands, calendar updates, greeting and assisting visitors, and distributing mail. Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

The Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) at the University of Oklahoma (OU) offers in-person English language courses for international students on the Norman campus of the University of Oklahoma, and off-site courses for businesses providing English-language courses for their employees. Our location on campus provides students with access to all University of Oklahoma resources including housing, dining, transportation, libraries, medical facilities, and more.
