The Getaway Coordinator supports clients by organizing short-term and leisure-focused vacation experiences through structured coordination and careful planning. Your work will focus on organization, accuracy, and communication while guiding clients through the planning process. You will coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines while following established procedures and quality standards. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while adhering to defined workflows and expectations.
