Patriot Foundry, a prominent and expanding manufacturing firm, is on the hunt for a skilled Grind Room Associate to become a key member of our team in Franklin, NH The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the foundry’s sand supply and preparing sand molds for pouring.

The position offers a competitive wage of $20/hr - $22/hr, influenced by experience. Additionally, a bonus incentive is in place, contingent upon objective performance metrics.

Day in the Life:

As a Grind Room Associate, your primary responsibilities will entail:

• Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system.
• Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets. Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport them for pouring.
• Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader.
• Palletize and transport castings using forklift for further processing stations on site.
