Position Mission: 

To support licensed electricians in residential electrical installations, service, and repairs while developing technical skills, safety practices, and jobsite professionalism. 

Overview: 

Diamond Heating Cooling Plumbing Electric is hiring an Electrical Apprentice to join our growing electrical team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start or continue a long-term career in the electrical trade. You’ll work alongside licensed electricians, learning hands-on in real jobsite environments while receiving mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and committed to showing up with a strong work ethic and a great attitude. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist experienced electricians with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential electrical systems 
• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites 
• Pull wire, run conduit, and prep devices under supervision 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace 
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE 
• Attend jobsite meetings and receive on-the-job training from experienced electricians 
• Participate in company training sessions and licensing programs as required 
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• No electrical experience required 
• Prior customer service experience 
• Must be enrolled in or willing to join an apprenticeship licensing program 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening 
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights
