Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role is all about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of service requests for our valued customers. You’ll issue new and renewal policies, process changes to existing policies, and assist with endorsements like coverage updates, address changes, and more. You’ll also respond to client inquiries via phone and email, provide certificates of insurance, and answer coverage questions by referring to policy language. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate documentation of all communications and follow-ups. Every day, you’ll help protect what matters most to our clients.
