 Job Summary:

A Production Worker plays a critical role in the manufacturing process. They are responsible for handling machinery, producing various rubber products, and ensuring the smooth running of production lines and machines. This position requires physical dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to training.
  • Inspecting products, ensuring quality and specifications are met.
  • Monitor production line, making minor adjustments to equipment as necessary.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Report any machinery issues to the management, supervisor, or lead.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Perform inspection and cleaning of equipment prior to and after operations.

 Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and production operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience in skid steer operations is preferred
  • Experience in front-end loader operations is preferred
  • Able to use both air and hand tools to repair machines and production line.
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Background and Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

 Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
