Precision Imaging Centers are now hiring a Full Time Housekeeper who will be responsible for cleaning

our medical diagnostic imaging office at our busy Gate Parkway center in Jacksonville FL. 

Job Summary:

The Housekeeper/Office Cleaner will clean and sanitize all areas of our outpatient diagnostic imaging

facility. Ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness for both our staff and

patients. We prefer someone who has experience cleaning a medical office or healthcare facility, but at

least one year of experience is required in a commercial cleaning environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

? Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.

? Assists in cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms and break rooms.

? Maintains neat and orderly waiting rooms, imaging rooms, break rooms, changing rooms,

bathrooms, and office areas.

? Ability to listen and follow detailed safety instructions when cleaning near or around high-tech

medical imaging equipment.

? Ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are well stocked and orderly.

? Removes trash and debris inside and outside of the building as needed.

? Washes, cleans, and sanitizes windows, doors, and other entryways.

? Sweeps, dusts, vacuums, mops, and cleans surfaces and furniture in the facility.

? Assists in examining facility and grounds for safety hazards, reporting any hazards to

management and placing appropriate signage.

? Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

 Required Skills/Abilities:

? Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.

? Detail-oriented and thorough.

? Ability to keep the center clean and orderly.

? Must demonstrate a positive, willing attitude and take initiative.

? Ability to interact with staff, patients, and visitors in a professional, polite, and courteous

manner.

? Must have transportation to and from Gate Parkway.

? Must have good work ethic.

? Must be reliable and dependable.

Education and Experience:

? High school diploma or equivalent required.

? Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a commercial cleaning environment,

preferably a medical office.

Physical Requirements:

? Prolonged periods standing.

? Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Shift is Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, some additional evening and/or weekends hours may be

required based on business needs.
