Responsibilities Include:

• Cashiering
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up with CSI
• Tracking the loaner fleet
• Setting service appointments
• Answering phones
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups, ensuring a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional Appearance
• Excellent Communication Skills
• CDK/ADP experience a plus
• All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass the Pre-Employment Background Screening and MVR
