Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: S Orange Blossom Trail Headquarters - Orlando, FL 32809Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $19.20 - $19.20 HourlyJob Shift: AnyUnder the direction of the Custodial Supervisor or Director of Facilities, performs janitorial tasks to ensure that the building and/or grounds are kept in a neat and clean condition. Major duties include maintaining floors, emptying trash bins, clean and disinfect bathrooms. Essential Functions/Duties 1. Follow assigned cleaning schedule as determined by Custodial Supervisor or Director of Facilities. 2. Maintain all floors using proper equipment and methods. 3. Empty waste receptacles and replace liners as needed. 4. Dust, clean, vacuum and mop all areas as assigned. 5. Make sure bathrooms are clean and disinfected. 6. Make sure all dispensers are properly stocked. 7. Maintain appropriate dress code including name badge. Additional Functions/Duties 1. Monitor around all entrances. 2. Wash windows as required using proper equipment and methods. 3. Perform other duties as assigned by the Custodial Supervisor or Director of Facilities.QualificationsThe list below is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability utilized while performing this job. 1. Education and/or Experience: Previous custodial/janitorial experience is preferred. Special Conditions of Employment (e.g. physical or environmental requirements, irregular work schedule, required license or certification, background check) 1. Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. 2. Vision abilities required by this job include: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. 3. Standing and walking for long periods of time. 4. Exposure to various chemicals. 5. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
