About the Role

Clarvida is seeking an Early Learning Center Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) to work with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses. In this role, you will provide direct behavioral health support in a structured early learning environment, helping young children build foundational skills in a nurturing, consistent, and developmentally appropriate setting.

You will engage children in age-appropriate activities, collaborate closely with families, provide parent skill training, and help maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment. This is a weekday, school-based position ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood development and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

● Provide behavioral health support to children ages 3 to 5 years
● Create and maintain a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment
● Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support emotional and behavioral development
● Communicate regularly with families regarding child progress and needs
● Provide parent skill training and education- this does not apply
● Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment
● Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and support staff
● Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Requirements

● H.S. Diploma or
● Eligibility for Ed Tech III certification
● Interest or experience working with young children preferred
● Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

● Starting pay at $20.00 per hour + Incentive of $2.50 per hour
