Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider in Globe, Arizona.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role focused on preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and acute patient care across the lifespan
• Opportunity to practice within mission-driven healthcare organization serving underserved communities
• Team-based clinical structure with strong operational and provider support
• Optional minor in-clinic procedures based on training and comfort level
• Arizona community offering strong provider autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $108,700 – $152,200
• Incentive bonus opportunities
• Retention bonus available

SCHEDULE
• Four 10-hour shifts weekly
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday scheduling options
• No call responsibilities
• Outpatient-only environment

ROLE
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations
• Deliver preventative care and wellness-focused treatment plans
• Provide outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Perform optional in-office procedures based on training and experience
• Collaborate within team-based clinical care environment
• Maintain patient documentation and care coordination workflows

Requirements

• Board Certified PA-C or Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Arizona license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong team-based care mentality REQUIRED
• Mission-driven and culturally sensitive approach REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced providers welcome
