Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Rockford, Illinois.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Community-focused General Dentistry role within established nonprofit healthcare organization
• Opportunity to practice bread-and-butter dentistry across all age groups with strong pediatric patient population

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $145,000 – $203,000
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE
• Four-day work week
• No weekends required
• No holiday shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities

ROLE
• Deliver comprehensive General Dentistry services across patient populations
• Treat primarily bread-and-butter dental cases within outpatient setting
• Provide care to patient population with approximately 75% pediatrics
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning workflows
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure quality patient care delivery

Requirements

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
