Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Chicago, Illinois.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role focused on caring for patients across the lifespan within community-focused healthcare environment
• Opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care with optional OB participation and strong interdisciplinary support
• Established workflows and administrative support structure allowing providers to focus on patient care delivery

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $195,000 – $225,000
• Additional $500 per delivery for providers participating in OB

SCHEDULE
• Predictable weekly outpatient schedule
• Built-in administrative time
• Phone-only call coverage from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Residents cover overnight after-hours responsibilities

ROLE
• Deliver outpatient Family Medicine care for patients across all age groups
• Manage preventative care, chronic disease treatment, and acute patient needs
• Provide GYN care within outpatient setting
• Optional OB participation available
• Maintain patient documentation and care coordination workflows utilizing Athena EMR
• Collaborate within team-based clinical environment focused on community health outcomes

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing GYN care REQUIRED
• OB participation welcomed but not required
• Strong team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
