Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Newport, Kentucky.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role focused on full-scope primary care within a structured community health environment
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining strong work-life balance through a true 4-day schedule
• Collaborative care model with APRN partnership and strong clinic support staff
• Established workflows designed to support efficient patient care delivery and continuity of care
• Newport location offering access to Northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati metro area

COMPENSATION
• Total compensation potential exceeding $315,000 through base salary, production, and quality metrics
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility

SCHEDULE
• 36-hour, 4-day work week
• No Tuesday clinic schedule
• Backup-only phone call coverage
• Shared call rotation approximately 1 week out of every 7

ROLE
• Deliver outpatient Family Medicine services for full primary care patient panel
• Manage approximately 21-25 patient visits daily
• Provide preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care treatment
• Collaborate closely with APRNs and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain efficient documentation and continuity of care workflows
• Participate in structured community-focused healthcare delivery model

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing full outpatient primary care panel REQUIRED
• Strong collaboration skills with APRNs and interdisciplinary care teams REQUIRED
• Passion for continuity-based patient relationships preferred
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
