Jump start your nursing career in a Nurse Extern II role with the Multi-unit rotation program at West Allis Medical Center. The Nurse Extern II will have the opportunity to work on 4 Specialty Med/Surg units over 15 weeks. At completion of the program, candidate and unit managers discuss potential for offer. The Nurse Extern candidate will determine which offer best aligns with their career goals for longevity in that specialty unit. Transition seamlessly from a Nurse Extern II into a RN role.
