Work Experience

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation standards
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
• Upsell menu items and promote featured offerings
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred (hotel or restaurant environment a plus)
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Certification:

• Valid Kentucky STARS Certification (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) is required prior to hire
