Job Title: Detailer I

Our team is looking for a Detailer who takes pride in delivering spotless vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles to dealership standards—inside and out—while supporting our Service team during peak times as a valet. What you’ll do

• Wash vehicle exteriors, clean windows, wipe doorjambs, and vacuum interiors
• Apply wax, polish surfaces, and perform detailed cleaning of upholstery and rugs
• Use specialized cleaners to remove tough stains and materials
• Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, upholstery damage, or paint issues and report concerns promptly
• Replace small missing or defective parts when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate tools and equipment safely and follow all safety procedures
• Report hazards, damages, or incidents immediately to management
• Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards by wearing required PPE and participating in safety initiatives
• Serve as a valet during high-volume periods by greeting customers, conducting vehicle inspections, and coordinating hand-offs to Service Advisors
• Attend departmental meetings and report to work as scheduled

About you

• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Customer-focused, with an understanding of service quality and satisfaction
• Skilled in operating equipment and performing inspections
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot imperfections up close
• Physically able to bend, stretch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around moving vehicles, equipment, heat, and cleaning chemicals
• Safety-minded and able to follow established procedures and instructions
• A reliable team player who supports coworkers and contributes to a positive work environment
