Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Utility Worker to support our Waller branch. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard and facility to ensure quick access to new, used, and customer-owned machines.

🔧 What You’ll Do as a Utility Worker:

• Perform facility maintenance and general repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard for fast machine location
• Perform landscaping and basic property upkeep
• Log equipment movement and scan new and used machines upon arrival
• Assist with material handling and operate forklifts or heavy equipment as needed
• Run local errands and support other team needs
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

📋 Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in material handling, load movement, or yard operations
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
