Position Purpose:

Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a Receptionist to join our Cancer Center Team. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do:

  • Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
  • Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
  • Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
  • Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent computer abilities.  
  • Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills. 
  • Familiarity with medical terminology. 
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
