We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with experience in QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise) to join our multi-location dental practice. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and keeping financial operations running smoothly.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for full-cycle business accounting and daily bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is a mature professional who can work independently while staying connected with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing accounts payable (A/P)
• Administering payroll
• Recording bank and credit card activity
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Generating monthly financial reports

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise)
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)
• Ability to work on-site during standard business hours (Mon–Fri, approx. 8 AM–5 PM EST)
• Willingness to complete background and reference checks

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22–$30/hr (based on experience)
• Two (2) weeks PTO, accrued biweekly
