Our experts specialize in geotechnical engineering, construction materials evaluation, special inspections, geological sciences, subsurface exploration, and investigative engineering.

Summary

The Scheduling Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing incoming client service requests and efficiently scheduling our field staff. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client phone calls, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication regarding services
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute the daily schedule for field service operations
  • Prepare and track reports, and create organized project folders containing specifications and drawings
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical staff and management

Qualifications and Skills

  • HS Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established procedures
  • Must have good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation: $20 - 22 / hour
