What you’ll do
• Production Operations: Pour urethane into molds and line different pump parts, ensuring consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards.
• Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment daily to support smooth manufacturing processes.
• Quality Control: Monitor the production line to identify and remove faulty products, ensuring only high-quality items proceed to packaging.
• Workstation Management: Maintain a clean and safe workstation and production floor, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Packaging and Shipping: Finalize and package products for shipment, contributing to timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing on-the-job training and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Inventory Support: Pull and put away molds and cores based on manufacturing needs to support production flow.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
• Travel Requirements: This role is primarily onsite with no regular travel expected.
What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
• Ability to work on your feet with a team.
• Proficient in reading tape measures accurately.
• Skilled in using basic hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers.
• Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to safety protocols.
• Familiarity with production line equipment maintenance.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform tasks requiring standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods.
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and respirators.
