Multiporpoise Management is looking for a great housekeeper. We’re a growing company looking for employees who want to be paid for getting good online reviews from our guests after a clean.

A lot of job advertisements spell out meaningless platitudes about teamwork and that they are searching for detail-oriented self-starters. We just pay you for impressing our customers. And we put it in writing.

We're offering the job at $17.50 per hour. We also have a very easily attainable bonus program that could pay an extra $100, or even $200 per month. 

Not enough? How about employer health insurance contributions for all employees who meet the low minimum threshold of 17 hours per week?

Still not enough? Benefits include a 70/30 employer/employee split on health insurance (with vision included), plus sick pay and vacation pay. Never cleaned rooms before? No worries, we all use a smartphone app that walks you through the process with pictures of each room you clean. The inspector who enforces quality control does too.

Your availability must be flexible. Typical days would include a start time of 10:30 a.m., working until all cleans are complete. Weekend availability is a must.

Finally, we are a locally owned family company with a real commitment to the whole picture. We pay our staff well, and meet together in the mornings to plan out the day. Our housekeeping crew does not go home until the whole place is cleaned.
