Position Description:

The Field Specialist position at our maintenance company offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and eager to grow within the organization. Responsibilities:

Grounds Maintenance: This role involves maintaining the exterior areas of multifamily complexes, including landscaping, lawn care, and general upkeep, to create an inviting environment for residents.

Apartment Unit Trashing Out: The trainee will assist in the cleanup and preparation of apartment units after tenants move out, ensuring they are ready for the next residents.

Front-Facing Representation: As a front-facing representative of our company, the trainee will interact with tenants onsite. They will provide excellent customer service, addressing resident inquiries and concerns and resolving maintenance issues professionally and courteously.
